About Antonine Fencing Club

Antonine Fencing club operates from the Hub Community Education Centre, Kilbowie Road , Clydebank.

Since 1967,Antonine has been about allowing anyone to take part in fencing, a sport which mistakenly is seen to be elitist . By keeping down the costs people from any background are invited to participate.

Our success in recent years has been at youth regional level with our young fencers returning from competition with various medals and trophies. Our ambition is to continue this success into senior fencing and encourage young athletes from the west of Scotland to compete and achieve selection for international squads.

Although our membership is mainly children , we are keen to promote fencing for adults irrespective of whether for the complete beginner or veteran returning to the sport.

Anyone attending at Antonine fencing Club will find it a friendly environment to be in where you will be encouraged to achieve the goals you set.

Antonine Fencing Club also has strong links with Salle Rollo which is another club meeting on Wednesday evenings 1830-2130 at The High School Of Glasgow, Crow Road, Glasgow. (contact Colin Whiteford).
